Often, especially as queer women of color, we are taught to perform, to please, or to partake in the ritual of serving and centering others.
Embarking on the intimate journey back to the Self — back to our pleasure, desires, our yes's and our no's — is not always easy. As we keep exploring, practicing and owning what makes us feel good, our capacity to receive pleasure from ourselves and others, grows.
This space takes inspiration from this journey toward pleasure. This space is for the curious and the cautious, the unsure and the confident, the timid and bold, and everything in between.

Ordering & Payments
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our secure partners at PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay. Your transaction is 100% encrypted and secure.
What currency are prices in?
If you're in the United States, prices are in USD. Canadian friends see prices in CAD.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Because we ship so quickly (often same-day), you have a very limited window to make changes.
To cancel or modify: Email info@themidnightatelier.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Include your order number and requested changes.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. You would need to follow our returns process (see Returns & Exchanges section below).
What if I ordered the wrong item/size/color?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you have questions about sizing or specifications, contact us before ordering!
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We ship fast—often same-day—which means you have a narrow window to make changes.
Email us at info@themidnightatelier.com within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to update your address. After that hour, your order may have already shipped and we won't be able to change it.
If a package gets returned to us as undeliverable, we'll process a refund once it arrives back at our warehouse.
How long does processing take?
Most orders ship the same day or within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday afternoon through the weekend ship Monday. We'll send you tracking info as soon as your package is on its way.
I can't find what I'm looking for. Can you help?

Your statement will show "Midnight Atelier" or "MA Payments"—discreet and professional.
How is my payment information secured?

Will my package say "Midnight Atelier" on it?
Nope! All packages arrive in plain, unmarked boxes with non-descriptive labeling. Your privacy is matters to us—no one will know what's inside but you.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
How much does shipping cost?
US Shipping:
- Standard: $14.99 flat rate
- Express (2-3 business days via USPS Priority): $19.99
Canadian Shipping:
- Standard: $19.99 USD
- For larger orders (over 5 lbs), we'll contact you with a custom rate
When will my order arrive?
Most packages arrive within 1-2 days of shipping, though delivery can take up to 10 business days depending on your location. We'll send tracking info so you can follow along.
Weekend orders ship the next business day (including express orders).
Will multiple items arrive in one package?
Usually, yes! Occasionally we split shipments to ensure faster delivery, but you'll never be charged twice for shipping.
Where do packages ship from?
We have warehouses in both the US and Canada and try to ship from your country whenever possible. If something's out of stock in one location, we'll ship from the other. Questions about a specific item? Just ask!
Will I be charged duty if my package crosses the border?
The customer is responsible for any duty charges, though most items don't cross the border. Contact us if you're curious about a specific order.
What if I refuse a package at my door?
Refused or returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, so please double-check your address when ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
What if I receive a defective item?
We're so sorry if that happens! Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we'll send a replacement right away.
Can I return something I don't love?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We want you to feel confident in your choices, so if you have questions before purchasing, reach out—we're happy to help!
I found it cheaper somewhere else. Can you match the price?
We work hard to offer fair prices and exceptional service. If you find something cheaper elsewhere, let us know! We'll do our best to match it.
